Representing the professional interests of GPs in the Rotherham area.
The Rotherham Local Medical Committee (LMC) consists of ten members who are elected from Rotherham GP constituents every three years. We normally meet on the second Monday of each month and all local doctors who provide primary healthcare services are welcome to attend meetings as observers. LMC representatives meet with the Rotherham Integrated Care Board regularly, in addition to working closely with other bodies and committees in the Rotherham area to ensure the collective voice of GPs are heard.
