Introduction
We would encourage Rotherham GP Practices to protect themselves, and their GP's by slowing down, putting a limit on the number of patients seen each day and making workload manageable and safe. You can just choose to implement any changes a little bit at a time and pushback on secondary to primary care workload demands.
Meanwhile, there is a useful webpage on the BMA website covering Safe Working in General Practice.
